This event is the second weekend in July in Barboursville and fun for the whole family 304.736.8994 HERITAGE FARM MUSEUM VILLAGE SPRING FESTIVAL Held annually the first Saturday in May at Heritage Farm Museum Village. Experience life as it was in an Appalachian pioneer community and learn about the major inventions and transportation revolution that changed our lives. Travel through history among the 17 restored buildings of the community. Music food arts crafts and a farm zoo. June ART IN THE PARK Held annually at Ritter Park during the third week of June forty plus artists exhibit and sell work including oil acrylic and watercolor paintings pastels woodcarvings pottery batik art photography and other mediums. Pets are welcome OLD CENTRAL CITY DAYS Local musicians and vendors highlight this three-day festival. In addition to the local antique stores antique vendors rent booths and display their wares inside the local farmers market. Third weekend of June. JEWEL CITY JAMBOREE Take part in this multi-day music festival that showcases regional and national bluegrass and old-time musicians. Camping spaces are available. See website for details. July CABELL COUNTY FAIR The Cabell County Fair has been a family tradition since 1983. Events and exhibitions on the fairgrounds include live music food vendors carnival rides animal shows and much more.
